How wonderful would it be to say a word for Christ to one person each month?  At the end of the year you would have shared Christ with twelve people!  That could possibly be more people than you witnessed to in the past twelve years!

This is a no pressure challenge.  No one is going to ask how many people you have spoken to.  Just let Pastor Dave know that you have signed up so he can pray with you.  Then begin to ask the Lord to lead you to one person each month.

The Fine Print:

1. This is between you and the Lord.  No one will be making you feel guilty if you miss a month, or two or three
   
   
2. Prayer is critical.  Ask the Lord to give you courage to step out in faith.  Ask the Lord to open your eyes to opportunities.  Pray for those you have chance to talk with.
   
   
3. Saying a word for Christ doesn’t necessarily mean sharing the entire Gospel message.  It may mean just asking a question to see if someone is open to talking about spiritual things. (e.g. Where do you go to church?  What do you think happens after you die?)
   
   
4. As you have opportunity please share it with the congregation using the 12/12 report sheet on the table under the balcony.  You can put the sheet in the box on the table.
   
   
5. I would appreciate it if you would indicate your acceptance of this challenge by filling out the little form and giving it to any of the Elders.
